Frequently asked questions
What work do you take on?
Complete renovations of apartments and villas: demolition, drywall, electrics, plumbing, joinery, flooring, painting, kitchens and bathrooms. The work is carried out by contractors for every trade, who sign directly with you.
How much does a full renovation cost in Cannes?
Allow roughly €1,100 to €1,900 per m² excluding VAT for a full renovation with no structural work, and more for a new layout or high-end materials. The site visit gives you a range tailored to your property.
Why pay for a site visit?
It lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes on site and ends with a written report and a first budget. Its price is deducted from the assignment if you then hire me.
Do I need to be there during the works?
No. Every week you receive a dated report with photos, progress by trade, decisions needed and any variance. Many of our clients live outside Cannes or abroad.
Do you work with architects?
Yes. An architect, interior architect or designer can hand me the execution of their project: I produce the construction drawings and run the site, while they keep their client and their design.
